Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily banking inquiries and balance daily transactions
- Provide professional and high quality services to customers
- Promote banking products to customers to seize referral opportunities
- Support back-end branch operations
Job Requirements
- HKCEE/HKDSE with 5 subjects pass and above
- 1 year experience in customer service is an advantage
- Highly customer-focused and detail-minded
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua is a plus
