Job Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to client at Customer Service CentreResponsible for daily operation in luxurious working spaceAnswer clients enquiries and complaints with professional mannerPerform administrative work for membership registration and gift redemptionAssist in the companys client relation activities including event and marketing
Job Requirements
Diploma or aboveMinimum 2 years customer service experience in luxury retail industryPositive disposition, excellent interpersonal and customer service abilitiesGood command of spoken English, Cantonese and MandarinProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook. PowerPoint, Word, Excel) or other related applications
