Job Responsibilities

  • Manage IT services delivery, including project management, services delivery management, and vendor management
  • Develop and maintain IT service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to align services with business objectives
  • Manage the implementation of IT projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Oversee the delivery of IT services, including incident management, change management, and problem management
  • Ensure that IT services meet or exceed customer expectations and industry best practices
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of IT vendors and service providers
  • Develop and maintain IT service management policies, procedures, and standards
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in IT service management and project management

    Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in IT service management, project management, and services delivery management
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Prince2
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with IT vendor and service provider management
  • Certifications in IT service management and project management, such as ITIL, PMP, or PRINCE2, are a plus
