Job Responsibilities
Ensure the assigned accounts comply with Companys policy and procedures Handle inquiries through phone and email Perform accurate and efficient application tracking control, underwriting admin and workflow management Analyzing the risks to be covered using various information channels, including the distribution network Ad hoc assignments
Job Requirements
Degree holder in any disciplineWith at least 2 years of Customer Services or underwriting relevant experience LOMA is an advantageStrong analytical skills and clear communications Proficient PC knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access) Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
