Job Responsibilities
To gather and analyze business requirements, liaise with users and development teamPrepare test plans and conduct impact analysis on system enhancementsDraw and analyze data to support different business initiatives and achieve operational efficiencies, investigate and report testing problems, perform post implementation checkingProvide support to future system related production issues and handle IT service requestsRecommend business or technical solutions to usersProvide system maintenance service in a timely and cost-effective mannerCooperate with other teams in data processing and security activities
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or related disciplineMinimum 4 years' of relevant working experienceAble to work under pressureStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood project management skills & customer-orientedStrong PC skills including MS Excel, MS Access etc.Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English and CantoneseShort notice is highly preferred
