Provide general administrative support to the teamAnswer and direct phone callsGreet clients and visitorsSort and distribute incoming mail and emailsPrepare and send outgoing mail and emailsMaintain and update filing systemsAssist with data entry and record keepingAssist with scheduling appointments and meetingsPerform other administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of experience in an administrative roleProficient in Microsoft Office and Google SuiteExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask and prioritize workload
