Job Responsibilities
Manage the daily operation of the storeHandling customer enquiries and ordersHandling customer complaints and after-sales issuses Set and achieve team sales goals and personal KPIs which is setted by the companyLead the daily work and briefing of the sales teamRegularly set and adjust store strategyEffectively control store costsGoods yard and warehouse management to ensure sufficient inventoryEmployee replacement schedule
Job Requirements
5+ years of brand retail experience & at least 2 years of team management experienceProactive and courteous with good communication skillsLeadership and team spiritCan speak fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and general English conversationTrendy and passionate about fashionCheerful, kind, attentive, and responsibleBasic Excel skills
