Job Responsibilities
Directly work for the Support and Maintenance Services UnitEngage in scheduled maintenance works, including but not limited to bug fixing, firmware upgrade, testing and network related configuration changes preparationPerform and monitor network performance, security log analysis and capacity usage reviewLead and advise shift engineers to recover the network servicesDeliver the Support Services in accordance with the SLA and guidelinesPlan, arrange and supervise a team of engineers in carrying out the Support Services
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 10 years’ experience in related field and at least 3 years in a managerial roleObtaining Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) is a MUSTHolder of valid Hong Kong driving license (class 1) is preferredExcellent oral and written communication skills in both English and ChineseStrong leadership skills and able to influence and motivate others
