Job Responsibilities

  • To lead the team to develop and implement distribution strategies to promote insurance products/services via appropriate distribution channels
  • Develop and strengthen a good relationship with assigned brokers to drive the new initiatives
  • Identify the needs and demands of individual business partners to drive the sales & KPIs
  • Provide all levels of support to business partners to maximize the business opportunities
  • Work closely with different product owners to explore the selling strategies
  • Handle day-to-day partners related issues to ensure our high level of services standard

    Job Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 6 years relevant experience and 2 years of managerial experience preferred
  • Holder of IIQE Paper 1, 3 & 5
  • Exposure from Retail Banking Industry will also be considered
  • Well organized and good management skills
  • Good insurance and investment product knowledge Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English & Cantonese. Good knowledge in Mandarin is preferable
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
