Job Responsibilities
Provide pre-sales support and prepare proposalsEngage with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through final implementationOversee schedules and budgets to ensure goal attainmentRequire strong technical background and project management skillsEnsure client satisfaction and manage escalationsAbility to manage urgent and complex tasksMay work at client site from time to time
Job Requirements
Degree or above in design, project management or related disciplinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in EnglishRelevant project management certificationsITIL certification is preferableProven client engagement experience and moderate level project management experience preferably in a global professional environmentCan work independently but also a team player and meet tight deadlines
