Job Responsibilities
- Provide HR consulting and operation services in line with business strategies and objectives.
- Participate in the execution and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives in support of the global HR transformation agenda.
- Develop and implement retention initiatives to facilitate talent development, mobility and retention
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure the business resourcing requirements are fulfilled within the agreed timeline and thru diverse channels.
- Ensure the smooth implementation of annual cycles, including salary and bonus review and the performance management processes through close partnership with key stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in HR account servicing in multinational companies
- Able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of HR strategic planning, employment related ordinances, HR policies and procedures
- Team player, results oriented, self motivated and detail minded
- Strong at consulting and business partnership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Less experienced candidate would be considered as Manager – Human Resources
