Job Responsibilities
- Handle front-end development of websites, digital materials, responsive application utilizing latest technologies and best practices.
- Design and code new websites and/or application of functionality.
- Work in conjunction with the IT team and/or internal customer on large project
initiatives. - Research and learn new skills/technology to address project needs
- Additional Duties Video editing, animation and some system admin work
Job Requirements
- 2 years working experience as a web designer and/or front?end developer, with
demonstrated proficiency in necessary software and coding - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript/JQuery is a must
- Proficiency in one of the MV*/MVC frameworks: Angular /Backbone / Ember / Knockout /
React is an advantage - Experience in simple game, VR/AR development is a plus
- Experience in server side programming and database is a plus (e.g. PHP, Node.js,
MySQL) - Knowledge of graphic design and design software is a plus
- Knowledge of web design issues, including browser usability and cross?platform
compatibility and mobile best practice are a must - Knowledge of digital learning methodology and industry standard, is a plus
- Knowledge of other multimedia development, including animation, video, audio etc., is a plus
- Self?driven, able to work independently and a good team player
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Passionate about mobile web, digital media and digital learning
- Excited about learning new skills
- Familiar with CMS customization should be a big plus
