Job Responsibilities
Assist senior accountants with various accounting tasks for multiple clients, including accounts payable and accounts receivableAssist in the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reportsMaintain accurate and up-to-date client recordsAssist in the preparation of payroll reports and tax filingsPrepare bank reconciliationsCommunicate with clients and internal staff regarding accounting issues and concernsParticipate in training and development activities to improve accounting skillsOther duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Diploma in accounting or related fieldMinimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office and accounting softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
