Job Responsibilities
Performing regular network monitoring, logging review and alarm responses;Diagnosing and resolving Fault Calls in accordance with the SLA’sPerforming regular inventory check and preventive maintenance;Executing network related configuration changes;Delivering the incident reports and regular maintenance activity reports.
Job Requirements
Holder of Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent; Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).Around 5 years+ of relevant working experienceHolder of valid Hong Kong driving license (Class 1) is preferredWilling to work in Airport AreaTravel allowance and shift allowance will be given
