Job Responsibilities

  • To assist supervisor of Technical Team in managing field engineer
  • Escalation point for field engineer
  • Regular technical knowledge meeting with Service Desk Operation Team
  • To assist Project Transition Team for technical knowledge transfer
  • Create Documentation of Work Instruction and Process for Service Desk Operation Team
  • Technical support for adhoc project

Job Requirements

  • 3 years working experiences in Service Desk Operation for end user support with knowledge of supporting AD, MS Windows, MS Office, Lotus Note, Antivirus, LANDesk, Mobile Devices, MDM etc
  • Basic knowledge on MS server and network infrastructure
  • ITIL foundation certification is preferred
  • Possession on MCSA/MCSE/CCNA certificates is an advantage
  • Experience on retail and multiple countries support is an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese, Mandarin a plus
