Job Responsibilities
- Provide effective and quality IT professional service to clients
- Provide project implementation to customer on time and project goals are achieved
- Provide maintenance support service to customer under SLA
- Ensure good communication between technical team, sales and customers
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
- 2-3 years’ experience in IT industry
- Good technical skill and knowledge on networking
- Solid experience on Network Switch, Router, Firewall and TCP/IP networking will be an advantage
- Certificate Holders of CCNA would be advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, work proactive and willing to learn new technology
- Candidate with more experience will also be considered for the post of Senior Systems Engineer
