Job Responsibilities
Promote loan programs to meet customer needs and business objectivesManage a team of loan officers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluationsMonitor and review casesEnsure compliance with all regulations and company policiesAnalyze loan data and market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities
Job Requirements
3 years direct sales experience in retail banking or similar roleExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of loan programs and underwriting standardsFamiliarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements
