Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and answering telephone inquiriesProvide guests with high-quality services and handle any inquiries or complaints they may haveManage and supervise the Guest Service team to ensure a high level of customer serviceContribute to the smooth running of the Front Office by coordinating with other departments and teams
Job Requirements
HKDSE or equivalent required; college degree preferredMinimum of 1 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyFamiliarity with hotel management software and basic computer skillsExperience managing and supervising a team is a plus
