Guest Service Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and answering telephone inquiries
  • Provide guests with high-quality services and handle any inquiries or complaints they may have
  • Manage and supervise the Guest Service team to ensure a high level of customer service
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the Front Office by coordinating with other departments and teams
  • Job Requirements

  • HKDSE or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and basic computer skills
  • Experience managing and supervising a team is a plus
