Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate the development of platform management, content marketing, customer experience, social media & digital platforms, marketing material
  • Develop annual plans and manage budgets for digital marketing plan and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance
  • Responsible for conceiving marketing strategies and campaigns with relevant agency partners to ensure sales goals are achieved
  • Maximize traffic and conversion through digital marketing programs no limited to social media, SEO, Email Retargeting
  • Develop analytics and manage reports for improving effectiveness of campaigns
  • Responsible for on-going review of digital projects performance and other team member
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis, provide recommendations to ensure keep close track with market trend, explore and keep close track with market trend and new media sectors

    Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing, business administration, economics, and finance or related discipline
  • At least 5 years experience in digital marketing, delivering successful B2C and/or public relations campaigns
  • Experience in managing digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, mobile-first executionand content marketing
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Fluent in Cantonese, good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English
