Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle of IT application implementations, including scoping, planning, execution, and closing
  • Work together with suppliers and service providers to plan solutions, deliver services, and carry out technical support tasks
  • Take part in testing, system development/deployment, documentation, maintenance, and support activities.
  • Carry out user requirements studies, system analysis and design, contract negotiations with IT vendors, etc., while working with the IT Business Partnering team
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
  • Provide post-implementation support to clients

    Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in IT application implementation
  • Experience in scaled project teams
  • Knowledge in project and vendor management
  • Knowledge in any of the following IT applications for utilities or energy industry would be an advantage
  • NET, .NET Core, .NET framework, MS Power Platform, Objective-C, Swift, JavaScript, RDBMS (e.g. MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL), API Management Platform (e.g. Apigee), Enterprise Integration Platform (e.g. Dell Boomi), Azure DevOps
  • Mobile app development and support experience for iOS and Android
  • Professional credentials in ITIL, PMP, COBIT, ScrumMaster, DevOps, would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
