Job Responsibilities
Identity, background, and risk analysis should be performed on anyone applying for personal loansDevelop and implement credit risk policies and proceduresMonitor and analyze credit risk exposures and portfolio qualityReconcile the profit and loss (P/L) figuresDevelop and implement risk mitigation strategiesProvide guidance and training to staff regarding credit risk management practicesLead credit risk assessment and rating processesCollaborate with business units to identify and manage credit risk in new and existing customer relationshipsHandle audit processes and procedures , develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including regulators, auditors, and senior managementPrepare credit risk reports and presentations for management and board of directors
Job Requirements
Higher Diploma in business studies, finance, accounting, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in credit risk management, credit analysis, or related fieldProfessional Risk Manager (PRM) certification is a plusStrong understanding of credit risk management practices and regulationsDemonstrated ability to develop and implement credit risk policies and proceduresStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and related software
