Job Responsibilities

  • Support end user as Network & System Administrator
  • Follow up, maintenance support IT system within APAC
  • Work with different vendor for project implementation, daily request from end user and trouble shoot the problem
  • Support all software and hardware, maintain internal network and server administration
  • Provide daily IT technical support in office network services and security including system administration, configuration and operational management
  • Perform requirement analysis and implement system enhancements with the understanding of retail operational needs
  • Job Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of IT support relevant experience in QA, Business analyst
  • Familiar with CRM is an advantage
  • Fundamental knowledge of Telecommunication Connectivity, Window Server, SQL database, Linux and MS Azure Cloud compute.
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure while maintaining extremely high client satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese is a must
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, highly team oriented
