Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talentManage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiationDevelop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholdersImplement diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidatesManage the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with relevant regulationsDevelop and implement onboarding programs for new hiresProvide guidance and training to recruiting staff and hiring managersStay up to date on recruiting trends and best practices, completely activate and enhance marketing channels, such as websites, social media, and job boardsManage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as necessary
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisitionStrong understanding of recruiting trends and best practicesExperience in the agency and in-house worlds is a plusHaving a strong track record of creating and leading a regional talent acquisition teamDemonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong project management and organizational skillsProficient in applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software
