Job Responsibilities
? Provide day-to-day management of network Infrastructure services and support, performance and service monitoring & tuning
? Carry out network infrastructure maintenance including installation, troubleshooting, disaster recovery planning to ensure it’s stable at all times
? Work closely to support Business Units and implement IT Projects as per SLA agreed and compliance to IT Risk & Security policies
? Prepare system documentation and operation manual
? Base on business needs to suggest essential product/service updates
Job Requirements
? Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subject
? Min 3 years Network Infrastructure Experience
? Cisco Checkpoint is essential for this role
? Experience in LAN/MAN/WAN/Cloud Network Architecture, Firewall, Router/Switch, Wireless LAN, VPN, IPS, WAF, SLB, Network Management, Performance Monitoring and Security Tools
? Sound knowledge on Palo alto, Imperva, F5, Riverbed, SonicWall, Dell, HPE, Juniper, Pulse Secure, VMware
? Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
? Strong in communication and problem-solving skills
