Job Responsibilities
-Product day-to-day operations support to Manager in alignment with Contact Centre / Call Centre operations support infrastructure and processes. -Maintain record / documentation of business requirements and operation workflow -Assist in UAT test cases, testing different scenarios on chatbot -Perform general administrative duties including reports preparation and ad hoc tasks as assigned -Assist with ongoing Lean and process improvement projects related to contact centre operating model
Job Requirements
-Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Business or related discipline -2 – 5 years’ client service/ contact centre working experience in Finance Service or Insurance industry -Familiar with processes are required within a contact centre -Knowledge in Chatbot should be an advantage -Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) -Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
