Job Responsibilities
Provide effective inbound call service to customers for product and service inquiryHandle enquiries and complaints regarding to insurance policy operationMake outbound call for customer follow upReport potential crisis and complaint to supervisorLiaise with clients to resolve client requests or enquiries and provide quality services to clientsSupport back-end branch operation
Job Requirements
Diploma or aboveMinimum 1 year relevant experience in hotline or counter service / customer service / insuranceGood command of both spoken English and ChineseIIQE Paper 1, 3 are preferred (not a must)Strong problem solving skill and results orientedCandidates with more experience will be considered as Senior roleWelcome fresh graduate
