Job Responsibilities
-Responsible to work on supporting services for data center relocation project
-Preparation works include studying guideline and requirements and design the equipment and implementation plans
-Attend and contribute to the weekly project calls and update project status (bi-weekly)
-Ensure the delivery from old to new site and verify new equipment order and delivery to site on time as per schedule
-Coordinate and manage internal teams/vendor resource for various devices and network related installation
-Problem solving/advise to ensure all migration network tasks from Old to New Data Centre is all smooth and on track
-Configuring and supporting network and security devices and services in new Date Centre
-Maintain and update network technical documentation
-Perform network maintenance and system version upgrade
-Maximizing network performance through ongoing network monitoring and troubleshooting
-Assist in decommissioning of the old DC network related devices and equipment disposal
-Service migration would occur on Saturday/Sunday or non-office hours
Job Requirements
Requirements
-Diploma or above in Computer science or related discipline
5 years Network experience ideally working exposure in Data Centre
-Demonstrated experience with Cisco and Checkpoint
Hands on experience in hardware rack and stack, cable connection, devices configuration and migration
-Cisco Certification: CCNA/CCNP/CCIE is a plus
-Good Teamwork and problem-solving skill
-Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
-Working experience in Banking and Financial company is an advantage
