Responsibilities
? Establish project scope and system requirements with business unit, provide technical proposal and base on user needs to develop technical design spec
? Coordinate with external service provider and provide technical instruction
? Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope and system requirements
? Perform code review, develop test scripts for testers to assure the work quality
? Develop training manual and conducts system training
? Monitor vendor performance closely to assure the quality of deliverables
? Set up the system maintenance procedures. Monitor system health by reviewing the system performance reports to troubleshoot and report on errors/alerts
? Design and implement system upgrade procedures
? Execute operations in compliance with audit requirements.
? Execute project as per project timeline and budget defined
? Tackle system issues, escalate risks and roadblocks to management with mitigation options and recommendation
Requirement
? Degree in Computer Science/IT or related disciplines
? Min 8 years’ experience in System/Web application design and development, which min 3 years in managing a team
? Previous experience in supporting property management industry
? Experience in supporting real estate applications in property /carpark operations/ real estate billing, property accounting, leasing e.g. Yardi
? Solid full-cycle project implementation and management experience
? Excellent communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English
? Knowledge and experience applying ITIL would be an advantage
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
? Experience in hosting applications in cloud-based platforms including O365, Azure, AWS, etc.
? Proficient in in data access and data integrity controls. Experience in databases such as MS SQL, MySQL and MongoDB
? Knowledge in programming languages and frameworks such as MS SQL, PL/SQL, C#, ASP.net, Java, Node.js, MVC, MVP, MVVM.
? Strong in API and Web Services (REST and/or SOAP based) integrations.
? Hands-on experience in ETL and end-to-end integration platform such as SQL SSIS, Informatica PowerCenter, MuleSoft or others.
? Data analytic tools such as Power BI or Qlik.
