Job Responsibilities

  • IT Help-desk support for internal User (size:1000)
  • Provide 2nd level support to VIP Users
  • Hardware and software maintenance and system health check
  • Workstation or network equipment e.g. computer set up and monitoring
  • Equipment installation/ relocation,procurement, scanning inventory, provisioning and disposal.
  • Assist supervisors in purchasing computers, network equipment, and accessories, etc.
  • Provide IT problem solving support or escalate to appropriate team for best solution
  • Ad-hoc project as assigned
    •

    Job Requirements

  • Tertiary education in computer science or related discipline
  • 3-year IT help-desk support or relevant experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft Windows, MS Office O365, LAN, TCP/IP, and network equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Certificate holder e.g. ITIL V3is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and work as a team;
  • Ownership of issues and prompt escalations
  • Good command in English and Cantonese
