Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Candidate sourcing to match clients' needs and requirements
- Conduct candidate assessment, identify candidates, and writing the candidate report
- Provide professional and helpful advice to candidates
- Maintain close candidate relationship which maintains positive company image and encourage candidate referrals
- Administrative and Clerical task
- Job training will be provided to less experienced candidate
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above
- 1 year or above working experience preferable in IT / Banking & Finance industry (not a MUST)
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fast-learner, self-initiated, multi-tasker, and resourceful
