Our client is a well-establish and reputable company in Market Operation Industry. Due to company is growing rapidly, they are looking for (Assistant) Operations Manager who is passionate in Market Operations and Food Channel Management to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up new operations and formulate operations plan to ensure successful opening within the required timeline and budget
  • Assist the Senior Operation Manager to achieve the business performance and people management
  • Meet the P&L objectives, sales & marketing strategy formulation and implementation, identify business opportunities and risk, maximize brand awareness and foster market development
  • Keep abreast of market and industry trends, competitors, and all aspects of market
  • Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
  • Establish a wide variety of training activities, motivate the operations team
  • Enhance current Standard Operations Procedure (SOP)
  • Manage day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the SOPs to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and deliver quality customer service
  • Analyse and report regularly on operational performance of shops to Department Head
  • Support the company’s hiring processes and partner with Human Resources to develop strategies that address talent gaps

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma holder in Business Management or related disciplines
  • 5 years+ in-depth operational knowledge and management experience in F&B & Retail chained store
  • Manage multiple stakeholders to produce an outcome within agreed deadline
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong business acumen
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills in spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Good command of computer literacy in Chinese word proceeding, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Operations Manager
