Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the month end and year end closing of companiesSupervise accounting staff, prepare accounting schedules and perform financial review on all subsidiariesReview and enhance accounting system, accounting policies and internal control system and policiesHandle queries from different counterpartiesAssist in annual auditData input for projects into system and reviewLiaise with external auditors and professionalsPerform ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
Degree holder in Accounting or Finance, finalist or member of professional accountancy qualification such as HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent is preferred4 years working experience, preferrable with GEM listed company and audit experienceKnowledge in compliance regulations, e.g., Accounting Standards, Tax, and GEM Listing RuleFamiliar in Flex System/ SUN and SAP accounting systems is an advantageAble to handle tight timelines, willing to work independently and under pressureGood interpersonal skill and problem solving is required
