Job Responsibilities
-
To provide professional and all rounded hotline services, handle enquiries and promote unsecured loan products (card, personal loan, etc.) proactively via inbound and outbound channels -
Promote loan / insurance products when customers need are being identifies to reach the sales achievement for the department -
Contribute to the achieving the sections service and sales objectives -
Timely response to customers feedbacks, drive for service improvement and better customer experience -
Assist team head to review and allocate the resources so as to optimize the team productivity -
Identify the potential improvement areas to enhance the work efficiency -
Coordinate and liaise with relevant parties to ensure smooth implementation of various projects -
Ensure all processes of the team comply with the internal control standards, group compliance policy and external regulatory requirements
Job Requirements

Diploma in a related discipline OR other relevant professional qualifications -
Minimum 3 years of experience in Retails Banking, Call Centre or Telemarketing business -
Strong sales and customer service orientation, with ability to work under pressure -
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage -
Willing to work on flexi-hours -
High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
