Administration Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

Sales administrative work including quotation, sales orders and purchase orders

Manage daily orders processing, prepare shipping documents, arrange import/export license and declaration

Liaise with overseas suppliers and order status follow up

Manage licensing relationship issues for specific corporate accounts

Maintain good filing system in accordance with ISO requirements

Job Requirements

Form 7/HKDSE or above, with minimum 2 years order processing experience

Conversant with Microsoft Word and Excel

Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage

Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
