Job Responsibilities

  • Act as HR business partner and work closely with Department Head in overseeing the daily operation and effectiveness of the assigned Business Units
  • Provide all round professional HR services, including but not limiting to recruitment and selection, personnel and payroll administration, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, staff communication, staff relations, etc
  • Manage full employee life cycle from recruitment and selection, on-boarding, engagement and development to off boarding
  • Support Department Head in formulating and executing HR initiatives in line with forecast growth of the business

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 8 years all round HR experience gained from sizable organizations
  • Experienced in catering and hospitality industry is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, multi-tasking, meticulous, organized and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • A good team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
