Job Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars and banquet eventsDevelop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and control costsDevelop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality products and servicesHire, train, and mentor food and beverage staff to provide exceptional guest service and ensure efficient operationsCreate and maintain menus that reflect seasonal and local ingredients, as well as guests' preferences and dietary needsEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food handling proceduresMonitor and analyze sales and expenses to develop and implement cost-saving measures
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in food and beverage management in a hotel or restaurant, with at least 3 years in managerial levelCertified Hygiene Manager/ SupervisorStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneouslyExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practicesExperience with food and beverage inventory management and point-of-sale systems
