Job Responsibilities
- Handle premium members’ enquiries, reservations and meet & greet arrangements
- Support and assist members with check-in procedures
- Uphold a professional work attitude to maximize guest satisfaction
- Responsible for providing and maintaining a friendly and warm atmosphere through personalized, prompt and efficient guest services at all times
- Provide necessary support in assignments given by the superiors
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in Hospitality, Tourism or related disciplines
- Excellent phone manner, customer service skills and presentation skills
- Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- Willing to perform night shift duties including Sat/Sun and Public Holiday
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
